Freedom Family Medicine

Freedom Family Medicine is a direct primary care practice serving patients of all ages. Patients pay the practice directly for membership, which may be an option for people without health insurance.

Posted monthly membership rates:

  • Adults: $50 per month.
  • Children and young adults through age 22: $30 per month with a parent membership, or $50 per month without one.
  • Married couples: $90 per month.
  • Families with at least one adult member: maximum $125 per month.

The practice also lists a $20 scheduling fee for each member visit; some services and procedures may have additional charges. Membership is not health insurance and does not replace coverage for hospital care or other services outside the practice. Ask the office what is included, whether they are accepting new patients, and about current prices before enrolling.
